Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs
- Develop and monitor project budgets
- Track actual vs. planned costs and analyze variances
- Support bidding and tender preparation
- Review supplier/subcontractor costs
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2–5 years experience in costing/estimation
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Can read drawings and BOQ
