We are seeking a highly skilled Site Electrical Engineer with proven experience in solar or renewable energy projects. The role involves supervising electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver efficient and sustainable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installations for solar energy systems, including wiring, inverters, panels, and power distribution.

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical specifications for renewable energy projects.

• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, local regulations, and renewable energy standards.

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of solar electrical systems.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management.

• Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials and solar equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Licensed Electrical Engineer [PRC license preferred].

• Minimum of 10 years site experience in construction or industrial projects.

• Proven experience in solar or renewable energy projects (installation, commissioning, or maintenance).

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy technologies.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
