Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
• At least 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications and network systems implementation, operation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching, wireless communications and network security.
• Experience with telecom technologies such as LTE/5G, microwave, TETRA, DMR, or other radio communication systems is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.\
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers, vendors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain telecom and network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and telecommunications issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and network diagrams.
• Coordinate with customers, service providers, and vendors for project implementation and support.
