Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience
• Knowledgeable in MEPFS systems, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret technical drawings.
• With good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Relevant construction/MEPFS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and attend pre-bid and technical meetings.
• Read and interpret Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection plans.
• Design and prepare Electrical Plans and Load Schedules.
• Perform quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and costing for MEPFS works.
• Review project plans, specifications, materials, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers regarding technical and costing requirements.
