Qualifications:

BS Electrical Engineering graduate

PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer

Experience in facilities management and preventive maintenance

Knowledge of industrial facilities, equipment, and systems

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and improve industrial facilities, equipment, and systems

• Conduct and monitor preventive maintenance activities

• Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues

• Prepare maintenance reports and checklists

• Coordinate with suppliers and project stakeholders

• Inspect facilities, equipment, and ongoing projects

• Ensure equipment reliability and availability of spare parts

• Implement improvements to enhance system performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Submit reports and perform other duties as assigned
