Job Description:

• Oversees electrical works, power distribution, and equipment installation for retail store construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Ensures compliance with approved plans, electrical codes, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Conducts site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of lighting, wiring, panels, and power systems.
• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, mall administrators, and project teams for timely project completion.
• Reviews electrical plans, load schedules, billings, material requests, and project cost estimates.
• Supports store operations by handling electrical concerns, preventive maintenance, and emergency power issues.
• Assists in securing permits and compliance documents for store electrical installations and energization.
• Prepares technical and accomplishment reports for project monitoring and turnover.

Job Qualification:

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• With at least 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in retail, commercial, or construction projects.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, load computation, and preventive maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving both a four-wheeled vehicle and a motorcycle.
