Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), an Ambas Group of Companies brand based in Lipa, Batangas, is a fast-growing electrical, automation, and instrumentation firm serving industrial and power-sector clients nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (Instrumentation & Control) to lead I&C design, commissioning, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead instrumentation & control (I&C) design, engineering, and documentation for industrial and power-plant projects.
• Oversee installation, calibration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA).
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering deliverables; coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• BS in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (licensed preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of I&C experience, ideally in industrial or power-plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC / SCADA / DCS platforms (Siemens, Yokogawa, etc.).
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Lipa, Batangas.

Salary: PHP 50,000 - 100,000/month (depending on experience). Full-time, on-site.
