Join our Service & Customer Support team, providing technical support for WEICHAI engine products. This role involves diverse tasks, including engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training.

• Independently handle engine maintenance, service, and repairs.
• Resolve customer claims, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Perform failure analysis and report improvement suggestions.
• Assist in customer visits and training sessions.
• Support generator set projects at various sites.

• Apprentice Certified Genset Electrician (preferred).
• Knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines and generator sets.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, reading manuals, and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Others:

• Willing to travel up to 75-80% of the time.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (engine troubleshooting, genset knowledge).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related course.
