About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Electronic Engineer to join our team and help guide our engineers in creating advanced power electronics solutions. If you enjoy solving challenging problems, mentoring others, and working on meaningful projects that make a difference across industries, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support our design team with practical solutions for complex power electronics challenges
• Help introduce and apply new technologies
• Review designs and offer guidance to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Develop tools and simulations to make design work smoother and more accurate
• Share your knowledge through training and mentoring team members
• Work closely with colleagues and vendors to deliver high-quality products

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering
• Solid experience in power electronics design

Good understanding of:

• Power circuits and control design (single- and three-phase PFC, hard-switched, ZVS, resonant DC-DC converters)
• Modeling and simulation of control loops
• Magnetic circuit design and EMI filter design
• Keeps up with new technologies, such as GaN and SiC devices
• Comfortable using simulation and analysis tools like PLECS, Simetrix/Simplis, Mathcad, Matlab, or PSIM
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, supportive mindset
• Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
