Description
As an Assistant Editor, you will be responsible for supporting the editorial team in various tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Do mechanical editing and proofreading
- Assist in managing the preproduction, production, and postproduction processes of assigned cluster projects
- Review editorial queries and author alterations
- Help prepare marketing collaterals and promotional materials content
- Identify and report potential editorial problems and issues
MUST-HAVES
- Bachelor's degree in elementary or secondary education major in English or any related or relevant course
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good people skills
