Description
- Plan and implement engaging educational programs for early childhood students.
- Assess and monitor individual student progress through tailored lesson plans.
- Create a nurturing environment that supports the emotional and educational needs of children.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive social skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of preschool education principles, individualized education programs, and effective lesson planning
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to conduct both group and one-to-one teaching sessions
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a classroom environment with young children
