Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. E-Commerce Product Manager to lead our Philippines-based Web Management team. This role owns the web optimization roadmap and serves as the bridge between execution, engineering, and business stakeholders. You will drive requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure all improvements deliver measurable business results. This is a player/coach role requiring both leadership and hands-on product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PH Web Management team; manage priorities, workload, and output
• Own and prioritize the web optimization roadmap based on stakeholder input
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web improvements
• Act as primary liaison between business and engineering teams
• Manage sprint handoffs, clarify requirements, and track delivery
• Partner with Merchandising on campaigns and site execution
• Own experimentation roadmap; plan, execute, and communicate A/B tests
• Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment
• Onboard new team members and establish team processes
• Ensure all outputs align with KPIs (conversion, RPV, AOV, etc.)
• Work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Present recommendations clearly to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps end-to-end
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile/scrum environments
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and metrics
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation programs
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of in-house e-commerce product management experience
• E-commerce certifications are a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Familiarity with GA4, Tableau, or analytics platforms
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and workflows
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely)
• Familiarity with onsite search tools (e.g., Unbxd)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand remote environment
