Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business and client expansion opportunities
• Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, pricing, and presentations
• Attend client meetings, pitches, and business reviews
• Handle and follow up on client inquiries and opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Research potential brands, partnerships, and business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions for clients
• Track leads, proposals, negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with the CBO on key commercial projects and priorities
• Represent the company professionally in external meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Servicing, Sales, or a related role
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
• Confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
• Commercially minded with strong business judgment
• Highly organized, proactive, and good at follow-through
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, advertising, FMCG, or an agency environment is a strong advantage
