Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our e-commerce business. The role involves managing TikTok Shop backend operations, monitoring inventory, maintaining product listings, updating ERP systems, coordinating with warehouse and customer service teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily TikTok Shop backend operations and account maintenance

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team

• Update and maintain inventory records through the company's ERP system

• Create, upload, and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional information

• Monitor order processing, fulfillment status, cancellations, returns, and refunds

• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, livestream, and management teams regarding operational concerns

• Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy across all sales channels

• Generate operational reports and assist in analyzing sales and inventory performance

• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary

• Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and platform initiatives

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or marketplace operations is an advantage

• Experience using ERP systems, inventory management systems, or similar platforms is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
