Memproses dan mengelola pesanan pelanggan di platform e-commerce.
Membantu dalam pengelolaan inventaris barang dan memastikan ketersediaan produk.
Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi.
Melakukan pembaruan dan pemeliharaan konten di situs web e-commerce.

Kualifikasi Pendidikan: Sarjana (S1) di bidang terkait.
