岗位职责
- 负责 Shopify 电商店铺日常运营
- 商品上架、页面优化及活动执行
- 监控订单、库存及店铺运营数据
- 优化产品页面与转化率，提升销售表现
- 配合市场及产品团队推进电商策略与活动
- 发现运营问题并提出优化方案
核心要求
- 必须具备 Shopify 电商运营经验
- 熟悉电商运营流程及店铺管理
- 具备数据分析与执行能力
- 能独立工作，适应远程及创业团队环境
- 良好的沟通与协作能力
加分项
- 跨境电商经验
- 熟悉 Shopify 插件或营销工具
- 有 Meta Ads / Google Ads / TikTok 电商经验
- 使用过 AI 工具进行电商或营销优化
