Job Description:

We’re a dynamic e-commerce brand seeking an organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations and growth initiatives. You’ll handle Shopify administration, email marketing, website/landing page optimization, blog updates, and social media coordination. Core Responsibilities

Shopify & Website Management

• Add/update products, inventory, orders, and basic theme tweaks

• Optimize product pages/collections for conversions (CTAs, layout, SEO)

• Create/edit landing pages (using PageFly/Shogun or native Shopify sections)

• Troubleshoot site issues and test speed/usability

Email Marketing (Omnisend)

• Build automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)

• Design campaigns and A/B test subject lines/content

• Track performance (open rates, CTR, revenue)

Content & Social Media

• Research, draft, and publish blog posts (Shopify Blog)

• Schedule social media posts (FB/IG/Pinterest) via Later/Buffer

• Create simple graphics (Canva) for blogs/social

• Optional: Engage with followers/monitor comments

General Admin

• Customer service emails (basic inquiries/returns)

• Data entry/organization (Google Sheets, Airtable)

Requirements

• Proven experience with:

o Shopify admin + basic HTML/CSS (for optimizations)

o Email platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)

o Social media scheduling tools

o Blog CMS (WordPress/Shopify)

• Strong English (C1+), detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver

• Reliable internet + availability for 4-5 hrs/week (Asia Timezone – overlap with HKT preferred)

Bonus Skills

• Basic SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization)

• Analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify reports)

• Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)

• Video editing (short-form Reels/TikToks)
