To support the E-commerce team in managing day-to-day online store operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, accurate data encoding, and effective execution of platform tools and content updates. The role helps maintain smooth operations across multiple e-commerce platforms while providing the intern with hands-on experience in digital retail.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• This internship requires a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please apply only if you are available for this schedule. (Remote and onsite as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to store chats and assist in addressing customer inquiries
• Monitor and manage product reviews
• Encode product, sales, and inventory data into internal systems
• Assist in the activation and maintenance of e-commerce platform tools (e.g., promotions, vouchers, etc.)
• Support the team in updating product listings and store content
• Help track and report performance metrics
• Perform other related administrative tasks as needed
