Main Purpose of the Role

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and dealer sales to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Execute daily e-commerce transactions, coordinate platform optimization, manage independent dealer sales, and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Execute order fulfillment, refunds, returns, and transactions according to company and e-commerce platform SLAs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure sales and delivery data consistency between e-commerce platforms and company ERP
• Align e-commerce product portfolio, promotions, and pricing with overall sales initiatives
• Coordinate setup, content updates, troubleshooting, and optimization of all e-commerce platforms
• Conduct research to generate strategies and actionable ideas based on data-driven insights
• Drive e-commerce sales performance and meet targets set by Senior Management
• Communicate timely with e-commerce clients via chat, email, or calls in alignment with company and platform standards

Sales to Dealers

• Align partner product portfolio, promotions, and pricing with overall sales initiatives
• Own and manage sales to independent Versa dealers
• Identify opportunities to grow dealer sales while maintaining compliance with company policies

Sales Analytics

• Analyze past performance of product collections, logistics, and campaigns to optimize sales effectiveness
• Evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction metrics to recommend improvements
• Recommend service operations and standard operating procedures to enhance overall efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as an E-commerce Associate, preferably with channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, OR
• 2 to 3 years experience in Telesales or e-commerce sales

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any Business course
