Responsibilities

• Encode release orders, delivery receipts.
• Validate data entries to ensure consistency with physical documents and actual goods.
• Check and confirm order completeness before approval for release in the system.
• Coordination with Operations and Releasing Teams.
• Work closely with the preparation team to verify item availability and preparation status.
• Coordinate with the releasing or logistics team for schedule and confirmation of dispatched goods.
• Maintain organized digital and/or physical filing of release records.
• Inventory update and monitoring.
• Ensure real-time posting of released items in the system.
• Assist in monthly or weekly reconciliation of released items in the system.
• Assist in monthly or weekly reconciliation of released vs. remaining stocks.
• System support and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills both oral & written.
• Can do multitasking.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate with teams.
