Responsibilities of an E‑commerce Assistant

• Product Listings & Content
• Upload and update product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices).
• Ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search visibility.
• Order & Inventory Management
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate timely fulfillment.
• Track stock levels and update availability across platforms.
• Work with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid overselling or stockouts.
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or platform messages.
• Handle complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to boost ratings and reviews.
• Campaigns & Promotions
• Assist in setting up vouchers, discounts, and flash sales.
• Support participation in platform campaigns (e.g., Lazada 11.11, Shopee 9.9).
• Coordinate with marketing for TikTok live selling and promotional content.
• Data & Reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer feedback, and campaign ROI.
• Provide insights to management for strategy improvement.
• Platform Compliance
• Ensure adherence to Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop policies.
• Monitor for penalties, suspensions, or violations and take corrective action.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams.
• Support digital marketing initiatives like social media posts and influencer collaborations.

Job Requirements – E‑commerce Assistant

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates may be considered if highly motivated and tech‑savvy.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop seller platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva, etc.).
• Comfortable with order management systems and online payment platforms.

Communication Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Personal Attributes

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during campaign seasons (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Problem‑solving mindset with initiative to improve processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast‑changing e‑commerce trends.

Experience (Preferred but not required)

• At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce operations, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Background in handling product listings, promotions, and live selling is an advantage.
