E-commerce Operator & Customer Service

Responsibilities:

1. Manage online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social medias.

2. Respond to customer queries via live chat with professional skills.

3. Handle return & refund requests from customer, and offering solutions.

4. Upload product listings, descriptions, pricing... to each platform. Also optimize all

listings for high product visibility and sales conversion.

5. Monitor daily order shipment, avoid delay.

6. Marketing research about trends and competitors.

7. Work with affiliate team to come out creative and promotional contents.

Qualifications:

1. (MUST) Experienced on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and social medias.

2. Familiar with each online platform, deeply experienced.

3. Warm & pleasing personality.

4. Organized, productive.

5. Excellent English communication.

Full-time, onsite work at Binondo, Manila.
