An E-Commerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions across online platforms. This role ensures a smooth, positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customers throughout the buying journey—from product selection to post-purchase support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management required.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and website analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and communicating with customers.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Woo commerce, and various email marketing platforms.
  • Prior Ecommerce Customer Service experience and ability to handle high volume customer interactions.
