- Develop and implement e-commerce activities and strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, updating pricing information, and managing inventory.
- Handle online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Test website functionality and improve user interface and experience.
- Resolve any issues related to website performance, functionality, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and resolve e-commerce-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce trends.
- Ensure the security of customer information and transactions.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, online marketing, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in software like Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
