- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings and inventory management.
- Analyze online sales data to optimize product performance and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, data analysis, and inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage online product listings, optimize sales channels, and analyze performance metrics.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
