Job Description

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online storefronts, digital sales channels, and product listings to drive revenue growth. This role focuses on overseeing daily e-commerce operations, tracking inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and analyzing traffic and conversion metrics. The Specialist collaborates closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to execute digital campaigns, improve user experience, and maximize online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Storefront & Listing Management: Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing across all active e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Operations & Inventory Tracking: Monitor daily online sales operations, coordinate inventory replenishment to prevent stockouts, and oversee order fulfillment pipelines.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Implement digital marketing promotions, discount vouchers, and seasonal storefront campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Performance Analytics: Track and report on key e-commerce metrics—including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and return on ad spend (ROAS)—to identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely shipping, Customer Service to resolve online buyer inquiries, and Creatives to secure high-quality product visuals.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Deep proficiency in navigating major e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify), backend merchant centers, and marketplace analytics tools.
• Behavioral Competencies: Highly data-driven and analytical, exceptionally organized, details-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of managing fast-paced digital store workflows.
• Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing commercial e-commerce stores or digital sales channels.
