The E-Commerce Officer is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's online sales operations. You will drive initiatives to increase online revenue, optimize the e-commerce platform, and improve the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on management skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve business objectives.
2. Account Management: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, content updates, and inventory management.
3. Sales and Marketing Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, IPA, and social media.
4. Customer Experience Enhancement: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the shopping experience.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fulfillment team to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment processes.
7. Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, marketing, creatives and fulfillment to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
9. Affiliate Marketing: Design, execute, and manage affiliate marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.

Education and Experience: 

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms. 

Skills: 

• E-Commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. 
• Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO, IPA, and social media. 
• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and enhance the customer experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

Technical Proficiency: 

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other third party e-commerce sites) and content management systems. 
• Proficiency analytics tools (e.g., Meta, IPA) and CRM systems.
