Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager leads and manages all online sales channels, driving revenue growth, improving digital customer experience, and overseeing e-commerce operations for CPEFOODS PHILS. INC.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and company-owned channels.
• Online Store Management: Oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and content to optimize sales performance.
• Digital Marketing: Coordinate online campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media ads, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and conversions.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and report insights to management.
• Customer Experience: Ensure smooth online shopping experience, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor e-commerce staff, live sellers, and content creators to achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and campaign alignment.
• Process Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows, platforms, and digital tools for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales management.
• Strong knowledge of online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
