Job Summary

• Responsible for managing the company’s online sales platforms and social media accounts, driving both sales and brand visibility
• Combines e-commerce operations, content creation, and digital marketing execution

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Management (Primary)

• Manage and maintain online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Upload and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, promos)
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate with logistics for fulfillment
• Handle vouchers, discounts, and platform campaigns
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports

2. Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Plan and post regular content (photos, captions, short-form videos)
• Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments
• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements

3. Content Creation & Live Selling

• Create basic marketing content for products and promotions
• Assist in video editing and short-form content creation
• Conduct live selling sessions on TikTok/Shopee
• Help plan content and live selling schedules

4. Marketing Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promos
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for product launches
• Ensure alignment of online promotions with current campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, social media, or digital marketing
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations
• Experience in content creation and basic video editing
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
