Live Operations Manager

WE’RE HIRING! | LIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Live Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily e-commerce operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms and online stores

• Manage and coordinate the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, fulfillment, and overall store performance

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency

• Monitor KPIs, targets, and team performance

• Coordinate with Live Sellers, Creators, Customer Service, Warehouse, and other teams

• Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions

• Prepare and analyze operational and sales reports

• Ensure company policies, processes, and standards are properly followed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations or a related role

• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of e-commerce sales and operations

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

• Able to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively

• Experience in livestream e-commerce is a strong advantage
