Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support to our customers across various online platforms.


  • Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone for our e-commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to suggest improvements for service delivery.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and solve problems.
  • Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
  • Ability to perform well under high pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Customer service and results-focused.
  • Excellent at communicating and building relationships with team members and customers.
  • Knowledgeable about TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee platforms.
  • Experience with eCommerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
