Job Description
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce accounts (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on platform data.
- Identify product trends, consumer behavior, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- Account & Product Optimization:
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and pricing strategies for each product.
- Provide recommendations for product placement strategies, discounts, and bundling to enhance sales.
- Ensure that product content (titles, descriptions, photos) is optimized and aligned with platform algorithms.
- Campaign & Promotion Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and evaluate campaigns.
- Manage participation in internal e-commerce campaigns such as flash sales, brand days, and payday promotions.
- Analyze the ROI of each campaign and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams & Platforms:
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain teams, and e-commerce representatives (KAM / PIC from the marketplace).
- Assist in managing daily communication with the platform regarding promotions, penalties, or technical issues.
- Competitor Monitoring:
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor pricing, promotions, and content strategies to maintain competitiveness.
