The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for managing daily online store operations, ensuring accurate product listings, timely order processing, inventory monitoring, and excellent customer service. The role also supports promotions, sales activities, and coordination with internal teams and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes).
• Upload new products and maintain existing listings.
• Plan and join platform campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities.
• Manage Sponsored Ads and optimize advertising performance (ROI/ROAS).
• Monitor store performance, sales, conversion rate, traffic, and other key metrics.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain excellent store ratings.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to increase store sales and brand awareness.

Job Requirements

• We are open to hiring fresh graduates, but least 1–2 years of experience operating Shopee and/or Lazada stores is preferred.
• Familiar with Seller Center and platform tools.
• Experience in product listing optimization and campaign management.
• Knowledge of Sponsored Ads is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
