Description
- Analyze e-commerce account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Support customer inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform business strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to conduct data analysis and present findings effectively.
