As the E-commerce Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing our online presence on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify. You will work closely with the Marketing and Merchandising Planning and Control Department to ensure our online sales strategies align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage our online stores, ensuring they showcase our latest trends and collections perfectly.
• Optimize product listings across platforms with eye-catching titles and images.     
• Work with the Marketing team to align online sales strategies with their campaigns.     
• Collaborate with the Merchandising Planning and Control Department to keep our online and offline offerings in sync for a smooth shopping experience.
• Use data to uncover insights that drive online sales. 
• Turn data into actionable plans, from adjusting promotions to refining product assortments.       
• Provide exceptional customer service, turning every interaction into a positive experience.       
• Listen to customers, solve their issues, and build long-lasting relationships.
• Work closely with teams like Store Operations, Fulfillment, and Customer Service to ensure smooth online operations.     
• Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster growth and learning.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for fashion with a sharp eye for trends and style.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, ideally within the retail apparel or fashion industry.       
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify, or a strong willingness to quickly learn.    
• Proficient in MS Excel, with a strong analytical and numerical mindset.
