- Shall ability to effectively present info in one-on-one and small group situations to members, and employees;
- Shall maintain Loan Transaction Registry;
- Shall responsible accepting all loan applications;
- Shall responsible in computing loan balances to member’s loan application and proceeds;
- Shall checks the correctness of amounts whenever transactions are made by members;
- Shall be responsible in summarizing all daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loans;
- Shall analysis of monthly balances of all types of loan accounts;
- Shall prepares and submits all payroll deductions and posting of collection;
- Shall be responsible in summarizing of loans of those resigned members or within the category of Past Due loans;
- Shall be responsible inpreparing and checking the Aging of Accounts;
- Shall updates list of loaning members and prepares monthly report for new/resigned members;
- Shall maintain all documents, vouchers, related records and make them available for audit;
- Shall perform other duties as required by the Supervisor.
