- Analyze e-commerce account performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve e-commerce strategies.
- Monitor trends and metrics to optimize account performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding account updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or account management
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, English Proficiency
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
