Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with brands and clients.
• Communicate brand needs, updates, and concerns clearly.
• Coordinate campaigns, live-selling schedules, and brand requirements.
• Monitor account performance, sales, and GMV.
• Prepare account updates and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Help identify opportunities to improve brand and account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating and coordinating with brands and clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• E-commerce or account management experience is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
