Order Management

• Ensure all back order has a stock allocation and publish the list of back orders daily.
• Care Pack registration is completed within stipulated SLA.
• Monitor and track failed delivery orders and ensure rescheduled delivery.
• Ensure POD update and order cancellation status update in Magento.
• Ensure all DOE requests are logged in HP System – within two working days.
• Track back orders and publish the backlog reports. Publish shipment report.
• Coordinate with various teams such as DOA, CSR, Sales, Inventory Managers and Logistics to ensure order fulfilment is within stipulated SLA. Regularly update stakeholders on customer order status.
• Report system issues by raising support tickets with corresponding teams and ensure follow-up for all pending system issues.
• Manage RPL (Restricted Party List) rejects and facilitate orders with RPL holds are released within the day if false matched.
