Description
- Safely operate and drive heavy trucks to transport goods between locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of items.
- Complete necessary documentation related to deliveries, including logs and compliance paperwork.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
