DRIVER

Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting expatriate employees, visitors, and company executives to various destinations while ensuring comfort, security, and punctuality. The driver must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport expatriate employees, executives, and guests to and from offices, residences, airports, meetings, and other locations.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Monitor fuel levels and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs as needed.
• Assist expatriates with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and expatriate activities.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company driver, executive driver, or expat driver.
• Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and highly professional.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving expatriates, foreign executives, or VIP clients.
• Knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route-planning applications.
