• Distribute products promptly to retail branches and other customers
• Assist in loading and unloading of items from vehicles.
• Carry loads and arrange materials with the use of hand pallet or push cart
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Load, unload, and prepare a delivery vehicle.
• Observe safe and proper operation and use of assigned delivery vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform regular and proper maintenance checks of assigned delivery vehicle, ensuring that it is in good working condition, and reporting any concerns and needed repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all endpoints, promptly answering questions and/or complaints from clients and customers.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to delivery vehicles.
• Properly receive and acknowledge materials returned by branches.
• Perform 100% count of returned materials, checking for quality and condition of packaging materials returned. Identify rejected and damaged units.
• Perform other duties that may be required of the position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least high school graduate
• Proven work experience as an outbound logistics/transportation personnel.
• Good project management skills

• Able to stand for long periods of time and do frequent walking to and from venues (e.g. warehouse and other assigned areas)

• Good working vision: specific vision ability required includes close vision, distance vision, and recognizable foreign objects on materials.
• Sensitive sense of feel: job includes determination of product and material surface abnormalities and irregularities.
