• Safely transport documents, packages, and other materials to various locations.
• Ensure timely delivery of items and manage the delivery schedule.
• Maintain and clean company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Pick up and drop off packages or mail as required.
• Assist with office errands such as collecting or delivering items between departments or clients.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Assist with inventory management when necessary.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• At least a high school graduate, 2nd-year college level, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, messenger, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of local routes and area navigation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading items.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• At least know how to ride a motorcycle.
