Job Summary:

The Service Technician/Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Hospeco hygiene and cleaning equipment at client sites. The role ensures all products function efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and supporting client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up hygiene equipment (e.g., dispensers, odor control systems, and related products) at customer locations
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure proper functionality
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Provide basic product training or guidance to clients when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts, scheduling, and service updates

Qualifications:

• At least has a Technical/Vocational Diploma or a High school graduate
• Proven experience as a service technician, maintenance technician, or similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Has a valid driver’s license and own motor
