Messenger/ Driver

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm client information, account details, and payment arrangements.
• Handle the collection, pick-up, and delivery of documents, payments, and other company-related items.
• Provide support as a back-up driver for logistics and delivery operations when necessary.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, errors, and payment disputes and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances, overdue payments, and collection concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities, payments received, and outstanding accounts.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding collection status, pending payments, and follow-up activities.
• Locate and communicate with clients or debtors regarding overdue accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist management and the immediate supervisor with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Perform various company errands, document handling, pick-up and delivery, and other runner-related tasks as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management in support of daily operations.
• Professional Driver's License
