Description
- Design and analyze civil and structural components for industrial construction projects.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project execution and troubleshooting.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design and engineering.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Layout Apps.
- Adept at using Photoshop for visual presentations.
- Capability to assist designers effectively.
- Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creation of civil and structural design plans.
- Collaborate with team members to develop construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and analyze project feasibility.
- Prepare reports and document project details.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional site visits; may require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaborative teamwork ability.
