Facebook Marketplace Product Research Assistant (Remote, EST Hours)

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help manage our activity on Facebook Marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to search for listings that match specific criteria and then reach out to sellers on our behalf.
• This role requires someone who is proficient in English, familiar with navigating Facebook Marketplace, and available consistently during U.S. daytime hours (EST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for Facebook Marketplace listings that meet specific product criteria
• Document and track potential leads in a shared system
• Communicate with sellers via Facebook Messenger using set scripts or guidelines
• Provide daily updates and maintain communication with our team
• Attend occasional video calls or meetings when needed
