Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website—ensuring accuracy in pricing, stock levels, imagery, keywords/SEO, and overall presentation

● Coordinate timely product uploads and promotional campaigns based on the marketing calendar,including managing visual assets and updating content

● Join and maximize participation in platform-led campaigns and seasonal sales events to boost visibility and conversions

● Support in-platform advertising efforts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and assist in off-platform ads (Meta, Google Ads) through campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting

● Write and continuously refine product titles, descriptions, and creatives to improve discoverability, drive conversion, and uphold brand consistency

● Optimize shop performance across platforms through data-driven improvements, A/B testing, keyword ranking, and platform tools

● Monitor sales, traffic, and ad performance using analytics dashboards and spreadsheets; provide actionable insights and improvement plans

● Stay updated on e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, platform policies, and competitor activity to ensure best practices

● Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate and influencer partners, ensuring they have timely access to tracking links, discount codes, and branded creatives

● Analyze affiliate performance, generate regular reports, and coordinate timely and accurate payouts

● Drive affiliate program growth by exploring new platforms, aligning launches with brand campaigns, and maintaining quality control across content

● Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., creatives, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment across departments

Administrative Tasks:

● Organize and maintain marketing files, records, and reports.

● Track marketing expenses and assist in budget management.

● Process purchase requests, invoices, and other related documentation.

● Handle email inquiries, calls, and coordination with internal teams and external

Qualifications:

● 1–2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management

● Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify

● Familiar with SEO principles and/or ad management dashboards

● Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail

● Organized, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision

● Excellent written English and strong communication skills

● Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or analytics tools
