ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing electronics business selling on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook. We need someone who already knows how these platforms work and can also help us get organized our stockroom and inventory tracking need serious cleanup, and that's a big part of this role.

This is a hands-on, startup environment. You'll work closely with the owner, handle multiple tasks daily, and be expected to work with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Manage our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores — listings, pricing updates, customer replies

* Organize and maintain physical stockroom inventory — this includes arranging stock and helping move products

* Reconcile stock counts against online listings to prevent overselling and order cancellations

* Maintain and update the product catalog with accurate pricing

* Track sales performance and submit weekly reports

* Handle basic admin and operations tasks

* Manage our Facebook Business Page (posting, replying to messages)

REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable)

* 1+ year hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, or TikTok Shop

* Comfortable with basic Excel (price tracking, simple formulas)

* Willing to do hands-on physical work — organizing and arranging stock, not just desk work

* Can work independently with minimal supervision

* Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

* Metro Manila residents only — must be able to commute to San Antonio, Makati daily

NICE TO HAVE (not required, but a plus)

* Uses ChatGPT or Claude for work tasks

* Basic Canva for product photos

* Facebook Ads experience

WHAT WE OFFER

* PHP 800/day during probation (1 month)

* PHP 900/day after probation (~PHP 19,800/month)

* Strict 9AM to 5PM only — no night shift, no weekends
