Role Description

• Developing and implementing the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and increase brand visibility
• Managing the end-to-end ecommerce platform, including website content, product catalogues, promotions and campaigns
• Analysing website performance data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging and effective online content
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the ecommerce experience
• Monitoring and managing the ecommerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Leading and mentoring a team of ecommerce specialists to drive results

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the trade marketing industry
• Proven track record of driving successful ecommerce strategies and delivering measurable results
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website optimisation, and customer experience principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
